FSP Finder is a free, best-effort tool for creating clean edits of audio you own. By uploading a file or otherwise using the service, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FSP Finder is owned and operated by Lark Data Solutions LLC ("Lark Data Solutions," "we," "us," or "the operator"). These terms form a legal agreement between you and Lark Data Solutions LLC.
FSP Finder separates the vocals from an uploaded audio track, transcribes them, flags explicit words against a filter list, and produces an edited version with those moments silenced. It is provided free of charge, "as is," and with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for the audio you upload and for how you use the output. By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that:
FSP Finder does not verify ownership or licensing of uploaded audio and takes no responsibility for it. Determining and securing the rights to any audio you upload is entirely your responsibility, not the operator's.
FSP Finder is intended for your own personal processing of audio you are entitled to use. You should not use the service to distribute, publish, or share audio — original or edited — with others, and you should not share job links containing other people's audio. Job links are provided solely for your own convenience in retrieving your results.
Uploaded audio is processed automatically by software; it is stored only as needed to run the pipeline and to let you retrieve your results, and each job is kept for a limited period (currently up to 30 days) before it becomes eligible for deletion. FSP Finder does not use your uploaded audio to train its models.
FSP Finder may retain the text transcripts generated from your audio, and may use them to evaluate and improve its explicit-content detection. Transcripts contain lyric text only, not the audio itself. Do not upload audio whose transcribed text you consider confidential or sensitive.
Basic, anonymous usage analytics may be collected to understand how the site is used.
Automated censoring is imperfect. FSP Finder may miss explicit content, flag content incorrectly, or produce errors in the transcript or the edited audio. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Always check any edited file against an official source before relying on it — for example, before broadcast or public use. You use the output at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lark Data Solutions LLC (the operator of FSP Finder) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service or its output, including but not limited to claims relating to copyright, licensing, broadcast standards, or the accuracy or completeness of any edit. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lark Data Solutions LLC (the operator of FSP Finder) from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the audio you upload, your use of the output, or your breach of these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
